My passion for photography dates back just about as far as I can remember...come to think of it, so does my love for learning the story behind people I meet. Some may call me old fashioned, and others will say I'm obsessed with new technology.  In reality, it is the simplicity of relationships and face to face communication which fascinates me. In contrast I present my digital photography and web site gallery.

Simply put, today’s camera is incredibly advanced, as too is the vast universe of post production techniques...  It’s a crazy contrast to my start in photography which can be carbon dated back to the dinosaur age of disposable glass flash bulbs, clunky film cameras, and a miniscule home B&W darkroom. We have such unlimited possibilities in Photography today, possibilities which are opposite to the insurmountable technical limitations which existed only a few years ago. In parallel, people often have a fascinating life story to tell; a story which may detail their transition from yesterday’s impossible struggle - to the promise and hope which tomorrow will bring.

I have always made it my practice to see people in a favourable light, believing that everyone is unique and has a gift.  With each opportunity to lift the camera to my eye I look for that favourable light – a light which shines on your amazing story.

For me, taking pictures of happy people is not all about the money – I simply love doing it.

If you are interested in purchasing prints made from images on my site you can do so by ordering on-line and the prints will be delivered right to your door, big or small. If you are interested in having photo’s taken my prices are reasonable and are always based on the time invested and your budget. Clients who wish to have their photos taken receive a discount on images ordered from my web site.

And so what does it cost? There are 2 ways to go:

#1 - Basic Photoshoot. $99 for 4hrs on-location shooting time. Your images are then developed and posted to an on line web site with a secure password. Images are available for your viewing and on line purchase, with a 10% discount to say thanks.

#2 - Full Photoshoot. $300 for 4hrs, or $500 8hrs, on-location shooting time. Your images are developed and provided on a disk for you to keep. In addition, prints can be ordered on line at a 20% discount.

I’m honored to be affiliated with this amazing volunteer organization and to offer the gift of free remembrance photography for parents suffering the loss of an infant baby. Over time, memories fade, but cherished photographs will last for generations and help show the love that was shared between the family and child, no matter how brief their stay on Earth was.
